A Resiliency Resource for Legal Professionals
Mindfulness training through the Collaborative Learning Network (“CLN”) is an initiative intended to offer support to lawyers. The interactive sessions introduce lawyers to mindfulness practices that can be incorporated into a busy schedule. The mission of the CLN is to help lawyers develop work-life balance and sustainable legal careers.
Virtual drop-in sessions offer lawyers a forum to discuss problems common to our profession and explore mindfulness practices that can help us to cope, and ultimately thrive, during challenging times. The sessions are intended to build professional competency and resiliency to help lawyers withstand the pressures and stress in their lives.
Participants learn techniques to enhance awareness and stress management skills, as well as practices that foster physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
